Our Team

Julien Sanier
Founding Partner

Julien has a 20-year track record in Financial Restructuring and Distressed M&A. After 10 years at Accuracy, he founded Cairn Partners in 2016. Julien graduated from Paris II – Assas University and Science-Po Paris.

Maxence Bousquet
Partner

Maxence is specialized in M&A operations. After working in Transaction Services, Maxence joined Wingate - specialized in Distressed M&A - where he became a Partner. He joined Cairn Partners in 2019 as a Partner. Maxence graduated from the IAE Bordeaux School of Management.

Adrien Caillet
Partner

Adrien began his career at Lagardère Sports & Entertainment Africa in 2016. He joined Cairn Partners in 2017. He is currently a Managing Director. Adrien graduated from Science-Po Paris.

Aldric Koso
Manager

Aldric joined Cairn Partners in 2018. He is currently a Manager. He began his career at Catella in the investment team. Aldric graduated from EMLyon Business School.

Asma Hanafi
Associate

Asma began her career at EY as a Financial Auditor, then joined PAI Partners. After that, she worked at Rothschild&Co in the risk management team. She joined Cairn Partners in 2022 as an Analyst. Asma graduated from SKEMA Business School.

Jean-Paul Dabos
Associate

Jean-Paul joined Cairn Partners in 2021 as an Analyst. He began his career at Natixis, and then joined Wingate. Jean-Paul graduated from ESSEC International Business School.

Romain Montagnier
Associate

Romain began his career at Arthaud & Associés in auditing before joining the Banque de France as an analyst. He also worked within the Grant Thornton teams and then joined the Cairn Partners teams in 2023. Romain graduated from EM Lyon.

Anne-Charlotte Byas-Perry
Analyst

Anne-Charlotte began her career in 2023 at Société Générale in M&A and continued her career at Lazard and Amala Partners. She joined Cairn in 2026 as an Analyst. Anne-Charlotte graduated from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a Magistère in Banking and Finance.

Carla Séjourné
Analyst

Carla began her career in 2020 at KPMG France, where she progressed to Senior Financial Auditor. She joined Cairn Partners in 2026 as an Analyst. Carla graduated from SKEMA Business School and the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG).

Yves-Antoine Teologlou
Analyste

Yves-Antoine began his career in audit at Deloitte in 2024. He also worked with the Halcyon Equity Partners team in Greece. He subsequently joined Cairn Partners in 2026 as an analyst. Yves-Antoine holds an engineering degree from IMT Nord Europe (formerly Mines de Douai).

Natacha Zukowski
Legal Manager

Natacha joined Cairn Partners as a Legal Manager in 2021. She began her career at Cabinet WB, specializing in labor law. Natacha graduated from the university Paris II Panthéon Assas and passed the CRFPA entrance examination to train as a lawyer.

Fatoumata Ianga
Office Manager

Fatoumata began her career at an accouting firm before joining the A PLUS FINANCE teams. She joins Cairn Partners in 2024 as Office Manager. Fatoumata holds degree in Human Resources Management.
